1. How can I pay safely?

Unfortunately, you can only pay via Paypal at this moment. However, it is also the safest way to pay for your purchase. You don’t have to sign up for a Paypal account and you can use it for debit/credit card transactions as well.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! Yes, we offer free shipping on all international orders!

3. Where does this store ship from?

We ship from Shenzhen, China via Singapore Post, which is faster and safer than other post companies here in China.

4. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

5. How long is the shipping time?

The package usually arrives after 15-30 days.

6. Is there a faster shipping option for me?

Yes, you can choose to ship your order via DHL with an additional cost of $30. Shipping time can take 4 to 7 business days. However, please allow 3 to 5 days for us to process your order before shipment.

7. How can I customize my wood watch? 

Before adding a watch to your cart, you will find a question “Engrave personal message on the back? Type it below.” You can then type whatever message you would like us to engrave on the watch into the text field. Please note that you can only type a maximum of 5 words (not more than 50 characters) due to the limited space on the watch. Once you are satisfied with your message, wait for few seconds and it will show you the final total. If you’re fine with the price, you can add it to cart and proceed to checkout.

8.How to redeem a discount code?

On your cart page, you can enter your code and and click “Apply Coupon”.

9. How will you ship my order?

For extra protection, watches are placed in a wooden box just like the picture below.

10. How can I open a Wholesale/Reseller account?

11. Is Relomoto wood watches water-resistant?

Our wood watches has a water resistance of 0.1m. It means that it can only withstand accidental wetting and cannot be submerged in water nor apply any water pressure.

12. Is there any warranty?

If your Relomoto wood watch breaks within 6 months of receiving it due to quality issues, we can either replace it with a new one or issue you a refund. However, if your watch is a personalized one, meaning we have engraved a message on your watch, we may replace it but without any engraving this time. In addition, we will send the replacement watch in a paper gift box and not in another wooden box.
